A coach walks you through one job at a four-player table: sending dice, crewing up, paying cuts and making promises. About four minutes.

Bots take the other seats. Each one has a personality — some pay fair, one stacks everything on a favorite, one is honest right up until the last job.

You get a 5-letter code. Friends open this same link, enter the code, and take a seat. Empty seats get bots when you start. Your browser runs the game, so keep this tab open. Talk in the chat, or over a call — promises are made out loud and nothing is binding.

Waiting for the host to start. Click an empty seat to move there.

How it plays

The idea. You can't use your own people on a job. You crew up from contacts your rivals send over, and they crew up from yours. Whoever runs a job picks who goes on it and what each of them walks away with.

Roll. Everyone rolls in the open: 8 dice on job 1, then 7, then 6.

Send. In turn, send exactly 4 dice to rivals' jobs — any split, never your own. What you didn't send is what you have to pay people with.

Crew. Every crew is one of each kind: an inside man (a 1 or 2), a getaway driver (3 or 4) and the muscle (5 or 6). Never two of a kind. You score the total of your crew.

Cuts. At the same time and in secret, hand out your kept dice to your crew: 3 of them on job 1, 2 on jobs 2 and 3. Stack several on one person if you like. Whoever gets a die scores it. Anyone on your crew you don't pay gets nothing.

Your cut. On jobs 1 and 2 one kept die is left over — score it, it's yours. On job 3 both go out, and your crew scores double.

Frozen out. If nobody sends you anything, crew one of each kind from your own kept dice and score it (doubled on job 3); you pay no one, and on jobs 1 and 2 you still keep your best leftover die as your cut.

Promises. Say anything, agree anything. None of it binds you. There are two more jobs after this one, and everyone chooses who they send to next time.
